Dear PTA,
As staff and children head back to school, my thoughts return to FVES and all the years spent as part of the staff and community. I never left in part because of your support and kindness. Your generosity began with volunteer hours, the annual monetary allotment and ended with my retirement gift. Because of your support, I truly felt that I was able to raise my level of teaching.
Thank you for the beautiful flowers in June and the gift card. I will be making a very special purchase with it and one that will remind me of all my special years at a school that continues to be very dear to my heart.
