Volunteers! Welcome to the Flower Valley PTA! Thank you for volunteering.
Volunteering is what makes our school a better place for our kids. You make a difference for our children each and every time you walk into the classroom/ school/ event. We appreciate your time and hope that you enjoy the activities as much as the children do. We are all working toward a common goal and volunteering is the first step toward making a difference!
Each month our Volunteer Coordinator has to report the volunteer hours served for Flower Valley Elementary to the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Volunteer Data Center. Below is a PDF containing a list of reportable volunteer activities. Schools with a high level of volunteerism will be recognized by MCPS at the Back-to-School Fair held annually in August.
